I was inspired to write Getting It Right because one of Summit Legacy Group’s specialties has always been life insurance within the context of estate and business planning. It’s an ongoing relationship oriented process and it’s important to get it right – thus the book’s name, and getting it right involves avoiding regrets.

The book includes lots of real stories, and all, except mine, are tweaked just enough to protect identities. The echo of what one generation does, or doesn’t do, can follow to succeeding generations and deliver significant impact.
